Getting here

By public transport: take metro line 3 or 4 to Kálvin tér, then take exit D (Ráday utca) and walk for 6 minutes.
By car: you can park on the surrounding streets, which is subject to a fee on weekdays between 8 am to 10 pm.

Tu – Fr 10 AM – 5 PM
Sa: 10 AM – 2 PM

The museum is closed on public holidays and on Protestant Church holidays:
1 January , 15 March, Good Thursday,  Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday, 1 May, Ascension Day, Pentecost Sunday and Monday, 20 August, 23 October, 31 October, 1 November, 24-26 December

Due to the Ascension Day, the museum will be closed on 29th May 2025.

GUIDED TOURS:7000 HUF / Group*

*Groups of more than 20 people will be split into two groups. In this case the guided tour fee is payable per group.

All admission tickets include entry to the Bible Museum collection and all current exhibitions. For individual visitors, a guide to the permanent exhibition is available in English.
The best way to discover the Bible Museum is by guided visit. For reserving a tour in English or German please write to bibliamuzeum@rgy.hu, at least two weeks befor your visit.
